What is OTCD?

Over-the-counter data (OTCD) is not a company or a product. It is a design approach organized as a set of standards any data system or report can utilize to help educators make more accurate analyses of data. Most educators using typical data systems & reports are making flawed inferences, but implementing OTCD standards can change that.
